Sign up
Click on the link at the bottom of the page to sign up for free and connect with us. If you are signing up through the Push Health app, use the code CNLMED to find us.
Your Account
Once you've made an account, you can send us a message, request labs or request a prescription.
Request a prescription
Provide some basic medical information and the prescription you are requesting. If you don't know what type of medication you need that's no problem. Let us know what's going on and we'll message you back to get the care you need. Check your email for push health notifications when we message you.
Confirm prescription
Choose your pharmacy and confirm your request. You will receive a response from our team within a few hours.
Request Labs
Request labs through the platform. Once approved, print out your lab orders and take it to your local Quest diagnostics center. Once your results are in, you can view them through your Push Health account.
