An online prescription refill with CNL Medical costs $60. This includes a board-certified provider reviewing your request and medical history and sending a prescription for up to a 90-day supply to your pharmacy. If we can’t help, there is no charge. The $60 fee does NOT include the cost of the medication itself, which you pay at the pharmacy.

Yes. Our $60 consultation fee is self-pay, but you can still use your insurance at the pharmacy to cover the cost of your medication. If you don’t have insurance, a GoodRx coupon can often lower the price.

It is legally required for you to have a consultation with a doctor before you can receive prescription medication. That said, you can get an online prescription refill without visiting the doctor’s office through our convenient online service. Our board certified providers can write online prescriptions and prescription refills and will electronically send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice. Consultations can be performed through phone call or messaging and can be completed in a few minutes. No appointment needed, you can request a prescription refill on your own time.

No. Most refill requests are handled through secure messaging on the Push Health platform, so no video visit is required. If a provider needs more information, we may call you by phone.

In most cases, yes. A CNL Medical provider reviews your medication history and can refill most non-controlled medications originally prescribed by another doctor, with up to a 90-day supply sent to your pharmacy.

CNL Medical does not prescribe controlled substances, such as Xanax, Percocet, Vicodin, or Phentermine. We can refill existing mental health medications, such as sertraline (Zoloft) or escitalopram (Lexapro), but we are not able to start new mental health prescriptions.

Yes. CNL Medical can refill birth control online. After a provider reviews your request and medical history, your prescription is sent to your pharmacy of choice, often the same day.

Have the name and dose of your medication ready, along with your medical history, current medications, and allergies. In some cases, we may ask for a photo of your prescription bottle to confirm your medication and dose.

We can send your prescription to any local pharmacy you choose, such as CVS, Walgreens, or Publix, or to an online pharmacy that delivers to your home.

CNL Medical provides online prescription refills in Florida, New York, Georgia, and Alabama. You need to be located in one of these states when you request your refill.

Absolutely! If you are visiting Florida, New York, Georgia, or Alabama from another state or from outside the country, you can request a refill during your stay. Simply create an account with CNL Medical and request a refill of your current medication, and we can send your prescription to any pharmacy near you, often the same day.

Most refill requests are answered within 1–2 hours, and once approved, your prescription is sent to your pharmacy the same day. We are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year, from 9am to 9pm. Please allow up to 12 hours in case of delays; requests made after hours are addressed the following day. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
